Jonas Valanciunas has signed one of those games that you don’t see every day. Specifically, in NBA history, only 4 times. The Pelicans player finished with 39 points, 15 rebounds and 7/8 from 3-pointers in 32 minutes, a historic performance in the 123-104 victory over the Clippers.

At halftime Valanciunas had already scored 7 triples. The Lithuanian is the fourth player to add 35 points, 15 rebounds and at least 7 triples in history. The other James Harden (x3), Vince Carter & Aron Baynes.

All this without Zion but with Willy Hernangómez who still has minutes. The Spanish finished with 9 points and 6 rebounds in 15 minutes. Ibaka, who has returned from injury, finished with 13 points and 6 rebounds.
