Mexican influencers Kimberly loaiza and Juan de Dios Pantoja are lovers of sharing with their followers various details of their private lives and this time it was no exception, having made a house tour of his new mansion.

Through a video, lasting more than 43 minutes, the parents of the little ones Kima Sofía and Juanito They took us to see the most intimate corners of their imposing four-story property.

The residence, which stands out for its façade that combines black and white tones and for its large windows, has more than enough size to house the couple, their children and their inseparable pets.

Low level


The first room they showed was the lobby. This part of the property draws attention for its double height, for its natural lighting, for its wooden walls, for its steel beams, for its plants, for a full-length mirror, for its beautiful views and for being the passage towards the guest bathroom.

Game room

The playroom, which is Kima and Juanito’s favorite space, has a TV built into the wall, with a very large bookcase for their toys, a sofa and a gray rug, with an impressive collection of toys and a large window that allows you to go out to the garden.

Kitchen room

The kitchen, which is hidden behind a false wall, is somewhat wide and semi-open. It is equipped with brown cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a central island that can function as a food prep, but also as a breakfast bar.

From the kitchen you have access to the service room, where you will find your laundry center and a bathroom.

Dining room

The dining room is made up of a round wooden table with space for 10 people and a revolving platform.

It is completed by a ceiling lamp and a piece of furniture in which youtubers display some of their prizes and keep their most diverse board games.

Living room

The room is made up of an ethanol fireplace, a sculpture of a cobra, a television, a brown furniture, shelves, white sofas, gray chairs, a coffee table, a room purifier and various lamps.


The garden area, which can be accessed from almost any room on the ground floor, has natural grass, with a children’s play area, with an orange bench, with a barbecue area, with a terrace with a table of exterior for 10 people, with a green wall and beautiful trees.


In the basement area there is an underground garage to store your luxury vehicles, several warehouses, a machine room, a bathroom and two bedrooms with their respective bathrooms, which can serve as guest rooms or for your employees.

Second floor

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one of them is inhabited by Cecia, Kimberly’s cousin, while the second was transformed into a very spacious dressing room.

In that dressing room, the couple has part of their wide collection of clothes, as well as a small closet for their two children and they have a bathroom with two vanities, a toilet and a shower with a transparent screen.

Third floor

The third floor is made up of a recording studio, a master bedroom, and a movie theater.

The bedroom has a large bed with gray bedding, with a headboard that combines brown and gray tones, with two gray side tables, with a television placed on a piece of furniture, with a breakfast area, with an air purifier, with a large closet and a full bathroom.

The bathroom in the master bedroom is composed of a double vanity with a large mirror, with a toilet and a shower that attracts attention due to its dark tones.
