Due to his health issues, Andres Garcia has kept a low profile and avoided the screens. However, in an interview on the show “El Gordo y la Flaca”, he stated that he wants William Levy to play him in his planned bioseries.
According to Andres, William bears a strong physical resemblance to him in his youth, but he acknowledged that William’s accent could be a hindrance. Andres stated, ‘When I saw him, I thought he looks like me when I was young. His walk, physique, and looks are similar. What doesn’t work in his favor is the way he speaks, as his roots are very noticeable in his accent.’
“Andres revealed that he plans to produce the bioseries himself, but admitted that his health problems have become an obstacle. Nevertheless, he emphasized that his life story is much more intriguing than that of Luis Miguel, whom he was close with in his youth.”
