Woman who threw a drink in Karol G’s face clarified what happened at the event

Carolina Giraldo Navarro, better known in the world of entertainment as Karol G, has once again starred in a viral moment, because when she was walking through the crowd, along her personal security escort, one of the fans threw something in his face and most presume that it could have been a beer.

The moment was recorded when the Colombian appeared in Provenza, Medellín, after she performed in a concert. In one of the videos that went viral, we can see that the Colombian artist was in the middle of a security cordon. Even so, the woman did not care and mocked the escorts, pouring a liquid on Giraldo.

On social networks, the comments were immediate, and the fans shared their opinions about the event. Most of them expressed their annoyance considering that it was not a behavior suited to the interpreter of “Ay Dios Mío”.

The accused woman defends herself

After what happened, a woman named Kím commented on a publication on Instagram and took the opportunity to clarify what happened. She wanted to make clear that the situation was wrongly interpreted, and people talked about it without knowing what really happened.

Kím also apologized to the Colombian singer, at the same time, she clarified that at no time did she throw a beer at her. She continued by stating that it was water and she did it out of emotion but that under no circumstances she has done it maliciously.

She revealed that she was not sent by anyone else to perform the embarrassing action, now viral all over the world. In addition, she explained that she is not a fan of Anuel AA, nor of Yailin La Más Viral. For this reason, she emphasized that she attended the event to be able to enjoy the music of the ‘Provenza’ interpreter.

“What a pity, but things are not as they appear to be, starting with the drink, that was not alcohol. Moreoever, I am not a fan of any Anuel, or Yailin. Clearly, if I was in Provenza, it’s because I went to enjoy the company of Karol G. I got a little emotional and threw water. Yes, it is disrespectful and I apologize to everyone and especially to THE SINGER, we all make mistakes, a thousand apologies”, was the message that Kim published.
